Everything top notch- cleanliness, professional, convenient. Doctor took the time to explain the results after the procedure.
This review is for Theodore Hall. The procedure went well after finally getting an appointment. I called 5 different times, left messages, spoke to staff and never received a return phone call. Finally, the 6th time I got through to someone willing to make an appointment. Most of the time no one answers the phone. It's absolutely ludicrous that a doctor's office doesn't return phone calls, let alone even answer the phone. If my husband hadn't seen this particular doctor in the hospital I would have never continued reaching out. Also, the receptionist at the surgical office has an attitude. I don't understand why it's so difficult to just say "hi" and be pleasant to people. It won't kill you!!
